EFS is pleased to be awarded the ongoing commercial cleaning and facility servicing for this exciting $700 Million Construction Phase of the future Waste to Energy Plant in Kwinana.

EFS have been providing Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services at the $1.39 Billion Forrestfield-Airport Link project for well over 2 years. Multiple sites have required servicing at different frequencies and for specific requirements. Providing flexibility with ongoing high commercial cleaning standards and exemplary safety protocols is our core daily guarantee.

AGC was looking for a cleaning service provider to guarantee ongoing forward maintenance for all areas inclusive of General Cleaning of the Multiple Offices through to Industrial Cleaning of the many Workshop Areas. Awarding EFS the Contract provided surety to AGC that these requirements would be met in full.
